PROGRAM CLOSED FOR NEW APPLICANTS

PARENT ELIGIBILITY

Parents should be 25-50 yrs. for infants, over 50 on case by case basis. Single women and couples married at least 1 year are eligible. 

OTHER CHILDREN

Families with 5 or more children at home accepted on limited basis.

THE CHILDREN

Boys and girls, ages 4 months and up, are in need of families. Most children referred will be under 1 year of age.

TRAVEL

One trip of about 3 weeks to Viet Nam is required of both parents.

TIMING

Dossier submission to referral is about 3-6 months;  travel about 1-3 months after acceptance of referral.
